The females of Elangeni have been highly successful in the Showring and have gone on to produce beautiful progeny. We are proud of all their achievements!
Grand Ch. Elangeni Shesahoney - Maddy
Maddy was NSW's first Grand Champion Ridgeback. She was a Best in Show and Runner Up Best in Show winner at Ridgeback Specialty Shows. She was the Dam of 4 Champions including her very special boy Elvis.
Ch. Elangeni Fire Dancer - Georgie
Georgie, from her first Specialty Class win as a baby went onto many more. Rather than a weekend winner Georgie shone at Specialty Level where her qualities were well appreciated. Dam of Multiple Champions, Georgie was a true to standard Ridgeback.
Ch. Elangeni Mango Mara - Mara
Mara had a most successful Show career both at All Breeds and Specialty Level. She had a spectacular Ridge and had been awarded Best Ridged in Show and Multi Best Ridged Bitch in Show at Specialty! Dam of Multiple Champions who have been awarded Best Headed in Show at Specialty, Multi Best in Groups and Runner Up Best in Groups. Mara was Linda's shadow and wherever you found one you would find the other.
Ch. Elangeni Honey Touched - Honey
Honey had a successful show career but was retired early as she didn't really like it. She much prefers to stay at home and eat whatever she likes.
Ch. Elangeni Meisie Smine - Meisie
Meisie was impeccably bred, her sire was one of this country's most outstanding Showdogs and her dam Maddy also had a wonderful Show career. Meisie's name was a play on words as in, Meisie's mine and we are always grateful that she was. In 2006 she delivered her beautiful daughter, Iris, who continues to go from strength to strength as a true competitor. She was Qafra the Saluki and Emma's special friend and they miss her dearly.
Ch. Simjhar Karmic Jojo - Jojo
Jojo is a sassy girl with a big attitude. Jojo is a Best in Group and Runner up in Group winner and a Multi Class in Group and Best of Breed winner. She is loved by all who know her with her wicked ways, but is adored by Dean, who she is devoted to. You can view Jojo's Profile HERE on Dogzonline.
Ch. Elangeni Just Darbee - Darbee
Darbee lives with Roger & the family, she is Rogers devoted gal! Darbee like her 2 littermate brothers titled easily picking up some nice wins along the way- she has many Class in Group wins to her credit. Now retired after producing the Elangeni Dream Litter Darbee stays at home and waits for news about her progeny's wins! When daughter Mia arrives home there is lots of catching up to do. Darbee graced us all with her beautiful presence at The 2009 Rhodesian Ridgeback Club Inc. 40th Championship Specialty Show winning: Best Veteran in Show and Most Successful Dam!
Ch. Skiska Lunatic Cafe - Biscuit
Biscuit has matured into all the promise she showed as a pup and she continues to be a force to be reckoned with. Biscuit is all that a Ridgeback should be and has been awarded by many many Ridgeback Specialists. She titled with ease gathering Runner Up Best in Group and over 20 Class in Group awards as well as a Class in Show. Her type, beauty and effortless gait continue to be regognized by Australian and International Judges alike. Biscuit returned to the ring in April 2008, coming back from maternal duties where she produced an outstanding litter to Floyd.
Ch. Elangeni Izon Iris - Iris
Iris is from our October 2006 litter and her breeding brings together all the wonderful dogs that went before her. She has an impressive pedigree and she is fulfilling it! Her wonderful type, balance and her "eye candy" movement is flooring the Judges. Iris has already been awarded Multi Best in Groups, Multi Runner Up Best in Groups, over 35 Class in Groups, Sweepstakes wins and placings, as well as a Specialty Class in Show and Multi Best Opposite Specialty Class in Shows. In October 2008 Iris was awarded Reserve Bitch at Specialty Level. Iris has been awarded by many Australian Breed Specialists, she is a very special girl who is acknowledged by many RR breeders. In 2009 Iris, was awarded, with an entry of 35 RRs, Best of Breed and Best in Hound Group 4th with an entry of 345 Hounds at, The 2009 Sydney Royal Easter Show. Then at The 2009 Rhodesian Ridgeback Club Inc. 40th Championship Specialty Show Iris, was awarded Reserve Challenge Bitch- a repeat of her 2008 win! Iris and Emma are looking forward to getting back in the ring after she produced her lovely first Litter in January 2010.
Ch. Elangeni Dream Girl - Evie
Evie has matured into an extremely competitive bitch, awarded by International and Local Judges alike. Evie has been awarded Multiple Best Headed Bitch at Specialty Level!
Ch. Elangeni Dream On - Mia
Mia lives with Roger and Mummy Darbee. She is a pretty bitch who is a Class winner at Specialty Level and Multi Class in Group winner.
Ch. Elangeni Cool Dream - Cool
Cool is owned by Sir Anthony and Lady Trollope of Churingaloge. Cool was a very welcome addition to their family as Sir Anthony has been a long time admirer of Cool's grandmother Mara. Cool has been doing well in the Showring, picking up lots of points & Class in Groups, she is also a Best in Group winner.

Elangeni Natural Pearl - Pearl
Pearl is from the lovely first Litter of Iris, she will live with Mark, Leigh and the kids and her new big brother Rommel
Elangeni Thigh High - Boots
Boots is our stylish new addition! We look forward to her commencing her Show Career soon.
Elangeni Femme Fatale - Lilith
Lilith is the new "Deadly Woman" of Elangeni. She will begin her Show Career in late June.
